All orders on the Site are subject to these general conditions of sale. These are subject to modifications and updates, the conditions applicable to the ordering of a product by a customer are those in effect on the day of the order.
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law unless mandatory provisions to the contrary, such as those arising from the Rome Convention on the law applicable to contractual obligations of 19 June 1980
1 / THE CLIENT

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK® brings the utmost care and accuracy in the presentation and description of its products, within the limits of the technique and in compliance with the best standards of the market.
However, non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK® undertakes to correct this error in the event of non-conformity of the delivered product with its description on the Site: the consumer may either exercise his right of withdrawal or implement the Guarantee of conformity of YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK®.
If the ordered products are no longer available, YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK® will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible and will refund the price, if any, charged by credit on the credit card.

The order taking on the Site is subject to the procedure established by YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK®, concretized by a succession of different pages screens indicating the steps that the customer must imperatively follow to validate his order.
The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to verify the detail of his order and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming the latter to express acceptance.
Checking the order:
YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK® shall be entitled to refuse any order made by a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of an earlier order as well as any order not complying with these general conditions of sales.

Confirmation of order:
Once the order has been validated by the customer, YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK® acknowledges receipt by e-mail sent to the address provided by the customer. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of e-mail for the confirmation by YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK® of the content of his order.
This confirmation e-mail contains all the information communicated by the customer as well as the price and the accepted payment terms, indicating any difficulties or reservations raised by the order. 4 / PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Euros. Prices include VAT, but excluding shipping costs.
The prices invoiced to the customer are those in effect at the date of the order.
For customers residing outside the European Union and in the Dom Tom, the prices displayed on the Site will be invoiced after deduction of VAT. 5 / THE DELIVERY
YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK® will make its best efforts to have the order shipped within an average of one (1) to five (5) working days from the day following the day of the buyer's validation of the order.
Following the shipment by YOVNGSTER'S WΛLK®, the delivery period will be three (3) to ten (10) days for any shipment in Collisimo Suivi Access. The package is deposited in the recipient's mailbox. If it can not contain the package, a Notice of Pending is filed. The buyer has only to withdraw his parcel from his post office within 15 days.
